Multiple item orders may ship out separately to ensure you receive your item(s) as fast as possible.

We no longer accept General Delivery (G.D.), P.O. Box and R.P.O. Box addresses.

Return Policy

Return Window 

You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your Cenni handmade shoes. We believe this timeframe allows you ample time to evaluate the craftsmanship, fit, and design of your purchase.

Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The shoes must be in their original, unworn condition.
- All original packaging, including shoeboxes, dust bags, and any additional accessories, must be included.

Return Process 

If you wish to return your Cenni shoes, please follow these steps:

1. Reach out to our customer support team at info@cennishoes.com to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
3. Once your return request is approved, carefully package the shoes in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
4. Send the package to the address given by our customer support team. Please be aware that return shipping and any associated costs are not covered.

Refund Process 

Once we receive your returned shoes and verify that they meet our eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy
